Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. She started to compete at fitness competitions after quitting her childhood career in gymnastics. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license at 17 years old. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her college education. In 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. When she won her first competition, she competed several more years setting new goals. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. Also, year 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros to ever be a part of history. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken an absence of six years from competitive sports after earning her pro card in order to complete her university education. In the month of October, 2015 Ariel made her return by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the contest. In the summer of 2016, she was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in The Fitness Division. Ariel was completely no expectations going in she was thrilled with the result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against top athletes. Ariel is always improving her physique. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pullups using the machine as well as bent-over rows. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as is possible. The way she achieves this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets with 10--12 reps are completed.
